Kardio Hip Hop combines the latest music and greatest dance moves into a fun and energizing calorie burning workout! This 60-minute workout is an addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds that puts as much emphasis on having fun as breaking a sweat! Classes meet on Saturdays from 10-11 a.m. at Paris Community Center, 6715 SW Westview Road. Sessions run March 2-23 and April 6-27; cost is $16 per session or choose a $5 drop-in fee.

Zumba Toning is a Latin inspired easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party that exhilarates senses and works on all major groups in a high-energy cardio blast. Classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to Latin and international beats. Zumba Toning raises the bar with a class designed for the more hardcore participant, combining targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work to create a calorie-burning, strength-training program. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Classes meet on Wednesday from 6:15-7:15 p.m. at Pauline Central, 6625 S.W. Westview Rd. Sessions run February 20-March 13 and March 27-April 17; cost is $16 per session or choose a $5/drop in fee.
