Oakland Community Center, 801 N.E. Poplar is offering classes for youth and adults.

A Toothbrush Rug Making workshop will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 9-11 a.m. The workshop fee is $30 and includes materials, toothbrush needle and pattern. Learn how to make delightful, colorful rugs that will stand the test of time.

Love and Logic Parenting Classes will begin Monday, Feb, 27 from 6-7:30 p.m. Classes will meet for seven weeks and the cost is $50. Love and Logic provides simple and practical techniques to help parents with kids of all ages.

A Bubble Art workshop for ages 4-7 will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 11-11:45 a.m. The fee for the workshop is $3. All materials will be provided.
