Rice Community Center, 432 SE Norwood, is offering a class for ages 8-12 to learn how to start their own vegetable and herb gardens. Kids can participate on Saturday, March 13 or March 27 from 1-3p.m. Kids should bring 2 empty egg cartons to class. The fee is $20 for Topeka residents or $25 for non-residents.
