Parks & Recreation of Topeka’s Foundation and Perkins Restaurant & Bakery will host a Veteran’s Day breakfast at Central Park Community Center, 1534 S.W. Clay, from 8-11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 29, to honor and celebrate our hometown heroes.

Entertainment will be provided by the State Street Singers, soloist Jaime Cunningham, New Beginnings Senior Choir and the Topeka High Drumline. Tickets are $5 and include a pancake and sausage breakfast for the participant and one veteran.
