Rice Community Center, 432 SE Norwood, is offering a spring break camp for ages 11-14, March 15 -19 from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Campers will enjoy bowling, dodge ball, movies and other activities with kids their own age. The fee is $80 for Topeka residents or $100 for non-residents Daily fee option is $18 for Topeka residents or $22.50 for non-residents. Campers will need to bring a lunch daily.
