Parks and Recreation of Topeka will offer the Intergenerational Hobble Gobble Prediction Walk/Run, Saturday, Nov. 19, 10 a.m., at the Central Park track, 1534 S.W. Clay.

This is a fun walk/run where a team of four will predict their total time in minutes and seconds to run or walk a combined distance of two miles. No watches, headphones IPods, cell phones, or other electronic devices allowed. The team with the time closest to their prediction time will win a turkey for each member of the team. Prizes will also be awarded for team costumes and most creative baton.

The fee is $30 per team of four. The first 8 teams to register will receive a free t-shirt. Registrations must be received by Nov. 10. There will be no race day registrations allowed.
